The Itasca, Midlothian, and Whitney offices are open from 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday. The Elm Mott office is open from 8:30AM-4:30PM (closed from 1:00PM-2:00PM for lunch) Monday through Friday. Telephones are answered 24/7. Online Payments Payments must be received in our office before 5:00PM on the specified due date to avoid a late payment charge or a disconnection of water service for nonpayment. Pay Here
