Sale and Transfer Notice - Chambers Meadow, Lakeview, and Lake Whitney RV
On April 30, 2026, HILCO H2O will be closing the sale of the systems formally known as Lakeview, Lake Whitney RV wastewater (not water), and Chambers Meadows systems. HILCO H2O will apply existing deposits to the accounts and process its final billing for these systems at the end of April. You should remit payment for HILCO H2O’s final bill to HILCO as you have been in the past. After the sale, all administrative and operational activities will be handled by the new owner, Central States Water Resources (CSWR). Any issues or questions about your account after the sale can be submitted to CSWR at CSWR-Texas customer service number 866-301-7725 or their website www.cswrtexaswateruoc.com.
